Becoming a U.S. citizen offers numerous benefits, including the freedom to travel outside the U.S. for more than six months without any restrictions or consequences, the ability to accept employment that requires U.S. citizenship, the right to vote, and most importantly, the option to file a petition for relatives to obtain a permanent resident card.

To initiate the process, please send us the documents listed below via email, and we'll confirm receipt of your email. Please note that any documents not in English will require translation. Once we receive your application, we will process it quickly and complete your case within a few days.

- Your current marriage certificate (if married)
- All previous divorce documents issued by the court

Citizenship" form and email the completed PDF form to us. The PDF form is editable and you can type on it. Save the PDF file to your computer first, then open and complete the form, and email the completed PDF along with the above documents for your convenience.

Here is a list of the basic requirements for U.S. citizenship applications
(1) You must be 18 years or older.
(2) You must be a lawful permanent resident, which usually means holding a green card for at least four years and nine months.
(3) If you are married to a U.S. citizen, you must have been a green card holder for at least two years and nine months while being married to your U.S. citizen spouse and fulfill other eligibility criteria.
(4) You should be able to read, write, and speak basic English.
(5) You should have knowledge and understanding of the U.S. history and government system.
(6) You should have a good moral character, especially when it comes to criminal record and payment of taxes.
(7) You should agree to support the Constitution of the U.S.
(8) You should be willing to take an oath of allegiance to the U.S.
(9) You should have lived in the state or USCIS district of jurisdiction for at least three months before filing.
(10) You should have continuously resided in the United States as a green card holder for at least four years and nine months (two years and nine months, if applicable) immediately preceding the date of filing. Continuous residence means that you have maintained your residence in the U.S. for the required period of time listed above. Extended absences of six months or more outside the U.S. may break your continuous residence.
(11) You should have been physically present in the United States for at least 30 months (or 18 months, if applicable) immediately preceding the date of filing.
