Our fee for company registration (incorporation of a business) is $700. To start the process, please fill out the "Company Registration" PDF form. The PDF form is editable and you can type on it. First, save the PDF file to your computer, then open and fill out the form. Once completed, save the PDF file to your computer and e-mail it to us along with the requested documents.

If you are a US resident, please e-mail a copy of your valid passport or official US state driver's license, along with the completed Company Registration PDF form via email.

If you are living abroad and not a US resident, please e-mail copies of your valid passport and official national driver's license or ID, along with the completed Company Registration PDF form via email.

These copies are requested exclusively for the purpose of company registration and to exclude the possibility of an unauthorized person acting on someone else's behalf.

Once we receive the completed Company Registration PDF form and the requested documents, we will contact you to proceed with the registration process.
