Petition for a Relative - family sponsorship
Service fee: $1900

Becoming a permanent resident of the United States requires sponsorship from a relative who is either a U.S. citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident. If you are a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, we can assist you in petitioning for your spouse, parent, child, brother, or sister. With our expert assistance, you can ensure that the process is error-free and smooth.

As a U.S. citizen, you can petition for the following relatives
- Your spouse
- An unmarried child who is under 21 years old
- A married son or daughter, regardless of age
- A brother or sister, provided that you are 21 years old or older
- A mother or father, provided that you are 21 years old or older

As a U.S. resident, you can petition for the following relatives
➤ Their spouse
➤ An unmarried child under the age of 21
➤ An unmarried son or daughter 21 years of age or older

If you have a family member who is eligible for a family-based visa/outside the US or adjustment of status/inside the US, it's important to file a petition as soon as possible. This is because the number of immigrant visas issued each year is limited and set by the USCIS. Moreover, these petitions can take a long time to process, so it's best to file early.

To initiate the process, please send us the documents listed below via email, and we'll confirm receipt of your email. Please note that any documents not in English will require translation. Once we receive your application, we will process it quickly and complete your case within a few days.

Documents required from the US Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident (US Sponsor)
- Your driver's license or non-driver's ID and US passport (if possible)
- Your birth certificate and SSN card
- All previous divorce documents issued by the court
- Your last year's tax return to the IRS (you may also include tax returns for the last three years)
- Annual Income Verification (AIV) - an official letter from your current employer stating your occupation and (1) your annual income level, or (2) the hourly wage you receive and the number of hours you work per week. If you are self-employed or own your own business, then you should write your own AIV/Employment Letter. If you'd like (just to give you an idea), we can send you a sample of the AIV/Employment Letter.
